This store is a one-man shop! If your order is time sensitive, please call me at (917) 312-3133, so that I can give you the likely ship date. I can't normally do much to change it, but at least you'll be able to make an informed decision.
I try to ship every week on Mondays. If your order is placed by 10:00AM EST on Monday or before, it should go out on that Monday. After that time, it will ship the following week. Most orders are shipped via USPS.
Sometimes orders made up of large numbers of items take longer to prepare. I will contact you via email if this is the case with your order, or you can contact me before placing your order to ask. I know this is not the norm in the 21st century, but again, I'm a one-man shop, and most of these items are made to order.
For Christmas shipping, orders should be placed by December 17. We will ship all orders placed on or before the 17th by the 18th. That should allow time for the postal service to deliver by Christmas.
For international orders: on our end, the same lead time and ship schedule listed above apply. We cannot estimate time in transit for international orders.
Shipping information does not apply to Gift Certificates, as those are emailed, and it doesn't apply to mp3 downloads - they're available for download immediately after your payment is processed.
US orders over $50 ship free. Any MP3 downloads, of course, avoid shipping charges. Otherwise, shipping is a flat $5 to the US and Canada.
